Referral Program
iSearch is continually working to grow our network of clients and candidates. Expanding our network enables us to refine our employee / employer fit to make the best match possible. We believe that often times you, the job seeker, can be one of our greatest resources in developing our business.
We provide a referral bonus for each candidate you refer that is successfully placed with one of our clients OR for each client you refer that successfully hires one of our candidates.

Terms & Conditions
- For candidates placed in positions paying $50,000.00 or less, we offer a $500
referral bonus.
- For candidates placed in positions paying $50,000.01 to $100,000.00 we offer a
referral bonus of $1,000.
- For candidates placed in positions paying $100,000.01 or more we offer a
$1,500 referral bonus.
- Candidate must exceed the client guarantee period.
- Referral
bonus will be paid after the last day of the client guarantee period
and after the payment has been received from the client.
- Please submit all referrals in writing.
- Candidate cannot have previously applied directly to client.
