iSearch Recruiting offers your company the option of doing a Retainer Search with us which would give you the advantage of having our entire team focused on the positions you have available. Twenty-five percent of your fee would be enough to retain us as exclusive Recruiters and you would not be required to pay the balance of the placement fee until you hire the ideal candidate for the position.

-Compensation history: current earnings and expected earnings
-Education
-Certifications, licenses, and additional training relevant to position
- Should you want to proceed with an interview, we will also provide:
-Pre-interview preparation
-Calendar and schedule interviews (telephone and in person)
-Help throughout negotiation process
-Post-interview debrief
-Phone calls to all professional references
-Quality Control phone calls on:
